Mentorship Program for Certified Transaction Coordinators

If you have already completed the Transaction Coordinator Certification Program through Ducosquier Schools, you are eligible to apply directly to our Mentorship Program.

This program is designed to help you transition from training into real-world transaction coordination, working with real clients under professional guidance.

Apply Your Skills in Real Transactions

The Mentorship Program gives you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned while receiving support and guidance throughout your first transactions.

This is where you gain the confidence, experience, and real-world understanding needed to work successfully as a Transaction Coordinator.

How the Mentorship Works

• You must first secure your own client (real estate agent)
• Once a transaction is secured, a one-time mentorship fee of $250 is required
• This fee is fully refunded after you successfully close your first transaction

Mentorship Includes

Once you enter the mentorship phase, you will receive:

• Guidance on your real transactions
• Contract review support
• Timeline setup and management
• Document checklist assistance
• Compliance guidance
• Help navigating transaction challenges
• Broker supervision and oversight

You will also receive continued support as you complete your first five transactions, using a 50% / 50% support model—allowing you to take the lead while receiving guidance to build confidence and real experience.

Lead Generation Support

To help you secure your first client, you will receive guidance on:

• How to approach real estate agents
• How to present your services as a Transaction Coordinator
• Building relationships with agents and brokerages
• Developing consistent outreach strategies

Work Under an Established Brand

As part of the mentorship program, you will operate under the Ducosquier Company transaction coordination system, giving agents confidence that their transactions are supported by:

• Broker experience
• Professional systems
• Transaction oversight

This helps you build credibility and secure clients more effectively.

Important Program Information

• This program is available only to students who have completed the TC Certification through Ducosquier Schools
• Participants are responsible for securing their own clients
• Mentorship begins only after a transaction is secured
