3) Sign Posting & Installation Coordination

Sign & Lockbox Coordination – $75

Listing Launch Coordination – $125

• Listing launch checklist

• Verify required documents are complete

• Confirm listing is ready for activation

• Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using RPR®

• Generate the RPR® Seller Report

• Prepare a Property Profile Report

• Include neighborhood market statistics and market trends
