2) Photography Coordination

We coordinate the photo appointment so your listing looks professional from day one.

• Schedule professional photography (your photographer or ours)

• Coordinate with seller/occupant for access and timing

• Confirm property is “photo-ready” checklist with seller

• Follow up to ensure photos are delivered on schedule

3) Sign Posting & Installation Coordination

We handle the logistics so your sign goes up without you chasing vendors.

• Coordinate sign installation and removal

• Coordinate riders (Open House / For Sale / Coming Soon) if requested

4) Listing Activation Checklist (So Nothing Gets Missed)
