Become a Transaction Coordinator in Florida

Start your career in real estate transaction coordination with the training, certification, and mentorship needed to work with real estate agents in Florida.

Through the Ducosquier Company Transaction Coordinator Program, you will first complete a structured certification program, followed by the opportunity to participate in a real-world mentorship experience.

Step 1: Transaction Coordinator Certification Program

Your journey begins with a 2-month certification program designed to teach you the full contract-to-close process for Florida real estate transactions.

To earn your certification, you must:

• Complete 38 training modules
• Successfully pass 3 assignments with a score of 80% or higher
• Pass a final exam

Upon successful completion, you will receive your Transaction Coordinator Certification through our licensed Florida Real Estate School.

Program Investment

• $99 per month
• Minimum 2-month commitment

If you take longer than two months to complete the program, your subscription will continue at $99 per month until all requirements are completed.

This ensures you have continued access to training, materials, and support until you successfully finish the certification.

After earning your certification, you will have the opportunity to join our Mentorship Program.

This phase is designed to help you apply your knowledge while working on real transactions with professional guidance.

How the Mentorship Works

• You must first secure your own client (real estate agent)
• At that time, a one-time mentorship fee of $250 is required
• This fee is fully refunded after you successfully close your first transaction

Once you enter the mentorship phase, you will receive:

• Guidance on your real transactions
• Contract review support
• Timeline setup and management
• Document checklist assistance
• Compliance guidance
• Help navigating transaction challenges
• Broker supervision and oversight

You will also receive continued support as you complete your first five transactions, helping you build confidence and real experience.

Lead Generation Training

A key part of your success is learning how to secure clients.

You will be trained on how to:

• Approach real estate agents and introduce your services
• Communicate your value as a Transaction Coordinator
• Build relationships with agents and brokerages
• Develop consistent outreach strategies

Agent & Broker Contact Resources

To help you get started, we provide access to agent and broker contact resources, allowing you to begin outreach immediately after (and even during) your training.
